Rules & Terms
No purchase or lease required to enter or win
Must complete the scavenger hunt to receive one (1) entry for prize drawings
The first 75 students to arrive at each event will receive a special treat
Each week there is a drawing for a $250 Visa Gift Card (April 12th and April 19 th )
April 26, 2026, will be the drawings for the 10 grand prizes
Participants may complete the scavenger hunt up to two (2) times on two separate event dates
Current residents may also participate up to two (2) times, to be eligible you must participate April 10th or April 11th , the other date is can be any of the other four dates.
Open to college students only, must present student ID at the start of the scavenger hunt
Event participation required to be eligible
Winners will be selected at random and notified via [phone/email]
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash (unless stated)
Free rent applies to base rent only and is subject to lease terms at The Oasis or The Vue at Cornerstone only. Must meet rental criteria to be approved for a lease
Management reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value.
