All of our rooms are individual leases. With an Individual lease, you are renting your room only. You are not financially responsible for any of your roommates or your apartment as a whole.

Standard Lease Term (1BR, 2BR, 2X2X2, 3X3X3):

August 1, 2026 to July 15, 2027

Standard lease terms include the base rent + a mandatory package of utilities. Standard leases include everything except for electric.

Semester Lease Term (4BR, 6BR):

August 18, 2026 to December 18, 2026

January 10, 2027 to May 15, 2027

Semester lease terms are calculated by the entire term. These can be paid monthly or upfront. Semester prices include all utilities & services, including electric* (*Up to $65 per student per billing period).

 is added to the base rent for standard leases. 

This includes furniture; lighting fast internet, salt water pool, 24/7 fitness center, business center, clubhouse, trash, water, sewer.
