YES, we welcome on-line students. You just have to show proof that you are enrolled in at least one college class. You just have to show proof that your classes start within 30 days of the start of your lease.  


  • Application fee: $50
  • Security Deposit: Starting at $150

  • First monthly rent installment paid (or the entire lease amount for up-front leases with no guarantor)

This includes furniture; lighting fast internet, salt water pool, 24/7 fitness center, business center, 

clubhouse, trash, water, sewer.

This is mandatory for all standard leases and is per person per room and is added to base rent per monthly installment.  Semester leases include utilities & electric* (*up to $65 per student, per billing period) within the semester pricing.


Standard Lease Period: Our standard lease period is approximately 11.5 months. The lease agreement reflects the total rent amount divided by 12 equal installments. 


A guarantor must apply with any resident seeking to pay month by month. Regardless if the student is the one paying, we must have a second person to guarantee that it will be paid. A resident will not need a guarantor if and only if, they agree to pay the total rent amount for the entire 11.5 month term, upfront. 


Guarantor Requirements:

A guarantor must make at least $65,000 annually, if married a total of $110,000 combined. Proof of income is required but no credit check is ran. You may not be your own guarantor.


Guarantors who are not U.S. citizens: 

You must present a passport with a stamped US Visa and one of the following items

  • I-94 Form
  • Individual Taxpayer identification tax number   
  • One of the following work visa’s – the work visa would need to cover the term of the lease (i) H-1B, (ii) L-1A, (iii) L-1B, (iv) O-1, (v) E-1 and E-2, (vi) TN, (vii) E-3, (viii) seasonal agricultural work visas, (ix) EB-1 First Preference, (x) EB-2 Second Preference, and (xi) EB-3


In order to accomodate hundreds of students for check in, we ask that you submit all of your required documents and completed all required tasks prior to check in. 


Below is a move-in check list:

-Send in your class schedule

- Send in your student ID

- Complete your move in packet

- Pay off your balance and 1st month of rent

- Sign up for a move in slot 


All rent installments are due on or before the 1st of each month. A late fee is 10% of the total rent amount. Late fees are applied to the account after the 1st. Don't pay late! Set a reminder in your phone to pay BEFORE the 1st each month or set up autopay!


Follow these steps to setup autopay:

  1. Login to the Resident Portal (see “Account Login” for help).
  2. Enter new account information or edit the currently saved  information. This will be the account that the rent payment is deducted  from on the 1st of each month.
  3. Check the box for automatic payments to sign up for auto draft.


  • Internet, trash, water, and sewer.
  • All units are fully furnished.
  • The Oasis includes a 24 hour fitness center, clubhouse, courtyard with grilling areas, nature trail, saltwater pool. The Oasis also offers a FREE LU SHUTTLE.
  • Cornerstone offers outside seating and grilling stations.
  • All Communities offer FREE PARKING.
  • Semester Leases include electric* (*up to $65 per student, per billing period)


Deposit refunds are issued within 45 days of the lease end date.  Residents will receive an itemized report with any damages that are  deducted from the deposit amount. 


Prior to move-in residents will receive an email containing a Resident  Portal username and password. This information can be used to login to  the associated account within the Resident Portal. What if I forget my password? Simply go to the Resident Portal and click “Reset Password”, a new password will be sent to the email  address associated with the account. Just follow the instructions within  the email to log in

When you rent with us you are only responsible for YOU. If you rent a  regular apartment with another company in town and one of your  roommates falls on hard times or skips their rent . . . you are responsible for their rent and their utilities if they do not pay.

This is a great benefit that our students and parents love!


Yes! There is no need to bring a moving truck! All of our properties are fully furnished. 


We recommend bringing supplies for common areas such as kitchenware (utensils, pots, pans, etc.), bathroom supplies, and cleaning products. 


Cornerstone, 1 & 2 Bedroom Oasis - Full XL

2X2X2, 3X3X3, 4BR, & 6 BR Oasis - Twin XL- for leases signed after 3-26 2X2X2 and 3X3X3 will have Full XL beds


Packages can be sent directly to individual apartments. Unfortunately the offices cannot accept packages. 


Parking information will be emailed prior to move -in, only one vehicle  can be registered per resident. Decals will be issued at move-in. 


Oasis and Cornerstone residents park on a first come, first served basis. 


Guest parking is on a first come first served basis for any non-numbered spaces. No commercial or RV parking. 


We are proud to provide internet at all of our student communities.  Below is a list of the internet providers and the associated contact information.

If another room is available, a written request can be submitted to the  property manager for a room transfer. Please send the request to gm1@vuecommunities.com 


Residents can transfer to another VUE community at the end of the lease. Please note the lease dates may be different for each VUE community.  


As of 5-1-2026; Other VUE Communities can use The Oasis amenities. Contact us for more details! 


As much as we love animals, The VUE does not allow pets.
